Repair process
Check how easy and fast the solution to your computer hardware problem can look like.

Stage 1: Delivery of the device
Order a repair through our application form, then wait for a contact from me. Send the equipment by courier, making sure to include a description of the fault and contact details in the package. Alternatively, you can deliver the equipment in person.

Stage 2: Initial diagnosis
At this stage, a preliminary analysis of the equipment is carried out based on the provided description of the fault. Once the initial diagnosis has been made, we will contact you to discuss what steps to take later in the repair process.

Stage 3: Planning and needs analysis
We define equipment repair goals and analyze your needs. We carry out a more thorough diagnosis of the problem and determine the scope of work that will be required to repair the equipment.

Step 4: Diagnose and identify the problem
Based on the collected information, we diagnose the problem. We test individual components, analyze software or perform performance tests. The goal is to identify the root problem and determine what parts or software need repair or replacement.

Stage 5: Repair and testing
After determining the cause of the fault and obtaining the approval of the repair costs, we proceed to remove the problem. We then run tests to see if the repair was successful. If the tests are successful, the repair is considered complete.

Step 6: Summary and return
We contact you informing you about the completion of the repair and settling billing issues. We confirm the address to which the repaired equipment is to be returned.
Of course, each computer hardware repair can vary depending on individual needs and specifications. However, the above process provides a generic repair structure that can be tailored to specific customer conditions and requirements.
How to prepare the equipment?

1. Remove the password
If you have a system password or other type of security, remember that it should be removed before performing post-repair tests. If the device does not start and you cannot remove the password, write it down on a piece of paper and send it with the device. Failure to enter the password can significantly delay the repair and prevent proper testing. So it's important to remember to remove your password or pass it on.

2. Pack carefully
To minimize the risk of damage during transport, we recommend packing the device properly. The best solution is to use the original carton. In the absence of it, it is worth using bubble wrap, which will protect the device from shocks and damage. Then, place the device in a rigid carton, filling the gaps for extra protection.

3. Bill of lading
Usually, couriers have a waybill that will be attached to the shipment. However, if you have received a waybill in an e-mail, remember to print it out and put it on the package. If you are unable to send the package via courier, deliver the equipment individually after prior telephone contact to the address 3082 TS Rotterdam, Frans Bekkerstraat 30B
